Test out the transferTime(String:size, String:speed) function:

Generally the storage media is in hexadecimal notation (1 kilobyte = 1024 bytes), however the networking is in decimal notation (1 kilobyte = 1000 bytes) so bare that in mind.

Please remember that this function assumes perfect throughput. It will not compensate for latency and jitter that you almost always expeirence, especially through Internet transfers. Consider adding 5% to 10% to what it says. Finally, expect only 25% of throughput from radio Ethernet -- really, it's that terrible.
